Overview

This guide will show you how to install SuiteCRM Smart Duplicate Detector on your SuiteCRM instance.

Note: We recommend installing the plugin on development environment before the live SuiteCRM instance.

Prerequisite

You must obtain the SuiteCRM Smart Duplicate Detector package (a ZIP file) before installing it on your SuiteCRM instance. You can download it by following the below steps.

1.Go to OutRight Store’s Downloads Section 

https://store.outrightcrm.com/my-account/downloads/

2.Download the SuiteCRM Smart Duplicate Detector zip file.

Required Permission

Administrator-level access required

Installation

  1. Login to SuiteCRM then go to the Administration panel and select Module Loader.
  2. Click Choose File and then select the Duplicate Detector by Outright Store zip file you downloaded from the OutRight Store.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Click Commit.
You should see  “Package Install Successfully !!!




Step To Check Duplicate Records



Activate Licence

Create Configuration

Create new record on that module which you have configured

Performe Save/Do not Save Popup Button

Activate Licence

Activate your product licence from here

Create Configuration

Right now, the plugin is configured for the leads module and below mention fields. Also there are test record in the module.

Create new record on that module which you have configure

Here we get an alert because we entered duplicated values in name and the email address field.



Click on button at right side of dialog box to see duplicate record.



Even after changing the last name we still get the alert because email address is duplicate.



Performe Save/Do not Save Popup Button

Now you can performe save if you want to save record and the record will be saved.
